PV21 is designed to consolidate pneumatic and vacuum control directly at the robot wrist. By combining compressed air outlets and a controllable vacuum outlet in a single interface, pneuvaQ reduces external components, tubing, and valve blocks. This simplifies EOAT integration, shortens installation time, and results in a cleaner and more compact robotic cell.
PV21 is available with dedicated plugins for both Universal Robots and FANUC CRX robots, enabling full Plug & Play integration within each robot environment. This allows pneumatic and vacuum functions to be configured and controlled directly from the robot interface.
For other robots, cobots, gantries, and custom-built machines, PV21 supports Modbus RTU (RS-485). This widely used industrial communication protocol enables integration across a broad range of automation platforms.
Standard, globally available converters can be used to interface RS-485 with other communication protocols such as TCP/IP or IO-Link when required.
